User Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement governs the relationship between you ("User") and MVP Capping ("Platform") with respect to your use of the prediction platform and analytics tools.

2. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

3. Responsible Use of Predictions

Model outputs are generated by experimental machine learning algorithms. You acknowledge that no prediction is guaranteed to be correct and that the Platform bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from reliance on any prediction.

4. Privacy

We collect minimal personal data (username, optional email) for account management. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Backtest Results

Backtest results reflect model performance against historical data using current statistics, which may differ from statistics available at the time of those games. Backtest results may overstate real-world performance due to look-ahead bias.

6. Entire Agreement

This User Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MVP Capping.
