1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MVP Capping ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MVP Capping provides statistical analysis, machine learning model predictions, and odds aggregation for Major League Baseball games. The Service is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. No Gambling Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. All model outputs are experimental and probabilistic in nature. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where accessing sports data and analysis tools is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your use of the Service in your location.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

All model code, UI, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of MVP Capping. Data sourced from third-party APIs (MLB Stats API, The Odds API, ESPN) remains property of those respective parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or model output. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on Service content.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MVP Capping, its owners, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
